Return Policy
We want every purchase with ORIN to feel simple and worry-free. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for used products, items damaged due to misuse, or final sale items.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support.orin.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Returns must be authorized before being sent back.
Return Approval
All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned to sender.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
