Shipping & Delivery Policy


Our goal is to make your shipping and delivery experience simple, reliable, and transparent.

This policy outlines how your order is processed, shipped, carried, and delivered.

1. Shipping Carriers


ORIN partners with reputable carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to fulfill deliveries.

2. Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, promotions, or high order volume, processing and shipping may be delayed.

At this time, we are unable to fulfill any expedited shipping or pickup requests.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time


Estimated delivery times:

  1. United States: 5–10 business days
  2. International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, high shipping volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees & Shipping Area


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states). Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous U.S. territories.

5. Tracking Your Order


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. Shipping Limitations


We do not guarantee expedited shipping, specific delivery windows, or exact delivery dates.

We reserve the right to change shipping methods or carriers when necessary.

7. Undeliverable Packages & Failed Delivery


Most carriers will make three delivery attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to ORIN as undeliverable.

If this occurs, please contact us at support.orin.com to make arrangements for reshipment. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Incorrect Address


Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply for reshipment due to address errors.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages


Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

ORIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

10. Damaged Items


If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.

11. Order Cancellation


We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible.

You may request order cancellation by contacting customer support at support.orin.com before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed.

Please include your order number when submitting a cancellation request.

12. Customs and Duties


For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

13. Force Majeure


We are not responsible for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disruptions, carrier disruptions, or government actions.
